Most motorcycle riders can likely recount close encounters and near misses with larger motor vehicles. Some riders are fortunate to never experience a crash, but many have not been as fortunate and have been involved in serious motorcycle accidents. Sadly, one man recently died after a crash in Florida that occurred between a sedan and his Harley Davidson motorcycle.
Over the years some motorcycles have earned a reputation for being fast. The reputation can often skew the perception of witnesses and/or authorities and can make it difficult for victims of motorcycle accidents when processing a claim. Personal injury attorneys often serve as skilled advocates for victims during the aftermath of a motorcycle crash. Sadly, a recent Florida crash has resulted in the death of one young biker's life.
Although Florida weather is almost perfect year-round for motorcycle riding, springtime is hard to beat. The sweltering heat has not yet arrived, and any coolness from the winter is long gone. As riders increasingly use a bike to travel versus another vehicle, the opportunities for motorcycle accidents also increase. One recent accident resulted in serious injuries and one rider's death.
